🗣️ REAL TALK MOMENT:
Some of the most pivotal moments in my life and business didn’t come from hustle or strategy, they came from a friend of a friend introducing me to someone, or a random conversation at a coffee shop.
While I was away in North Carolina with my family for the month of July my husband got a phone call from an friend of ours.
Little back story - We met this guy 8 years ago, randomly on a playground. We chatted, talked about life, and realized our girls would be going into the same grade at the same school.
I knew nothing about this guy other than that he seemed like a genuine, down to earth friendly kind of guy.
As the years went by and we all continued to stay in touch and become closer friends, I learned that he grew the largest and fastest property management company in Florida that grew from 0-1500 homes in just 5 years! He opened hotels, opened restaurants and even a marina! This guy was about to approach billionaire status! His success was inspiring and jaw dropping! I loved how no matter how successful he was, he always acted like a regular dude!
Our family would go and support his new restaurants and share how amazing the food and drinks were with all our friends + our friendship continues to grow.
So 8 years later after cultivating a genuine, authentic relationship with him, with no hidden motives or expecting anything in return he calls my husband while we're in NC.
He immediately says to Nick when he picks up the phone that he wants to start a property management company in NC and he wants us to be owners and run the business with him! 🎉🎉 Umm holy shit HELL YES! We have 2 Airbnb properties in NC and they're been managed by a property management company up there who we honestly have never been happy with.
The truth is......You don’t always see the ripple effect when you’re in it… but relationships have a way of circling back in ways you never expect!!
Just be a normal human being who is genuine and cares about
